標題: [舉手] 請問對於閒置美金的建議!

因為有在換外幣,投資海外基金!
陸陸續續都有在換匯,平均成本在32左右~ (以29.1計算,匯損約9%)

原本都是扣多少換多少,手上閒置部位不多,
且美金匯率波動尚在可以接受範圍就沒理他

然而最近部分贖回了不少基金,大概有數萬美金~
不巧台幣正在狂升,雖然有房貸未清,但是因為利率才1.7%左右!
我目前的計畫是先不急著換回台幣還房貸...

請版友幫忙檢視 , 我的考量和判斷是否有誤!

應該怎麼修正 , 請不吝指教! 感謝~


------------------------------------------------------------------------------

考量點有: 1.目前熱錢搶進台灣市場應不是長久的現象~
從升幅勝過人民幣來講,似乎是超漲了!
若遇熱錢退出,很有機會台幣也是以大波段貶值...
應該有機會會貶回31~32附近~

盲點 -> 是否會回到31~32 , 且要多久?
以損失 1.7% 房貸利率來說 , 要 5 年之內漲回 (機會不小?)
若考量美金定存約 0.5 % ,房貸利率也會漲
大概時間可以拉長到 7 年之內漲回即可 (機會更大?)

2.以目前的狀態,如遇國際性的危機! 美金還是最熱門的貨幣~
若留著美金,有機會在超過32以上的價位出清~
眼前最近的就是歐債危機

盲點 -> 歐債危機看來不會擴大
而美國本身也有舉債上限,以及市政債券的危機!
就發生的時間點很接近台幣狂升的波段,
很可能只是阻升了台幣,而沒有讓台幣貶值的效果!

閒置美金處理方式: ( 仍繼續持有海外美金部位且持續扣款 的背景下 )

1. 相對積極: 買入美金計價全球債券
( 若上述美金會對台幣升值的推論無誤 )
則會領到平均約 3% 美金配息 + 美金升值部分

缺點: 目前低利環境下,債券普遍偏高!
一旦歐美升息,可能贖回時賺了配息賠了本金
且 3% 配息還得扣除 0.75%申購手續費及 0.2%保管費 = 2%

2. 相對消極: 將手上閒置美金存半年期的定存,並展延
賺取約0.5%利息,等待美金升值

缺點: 只有抵銷掉約 1/3 房貸利率

以上是我大致的考量和處理方式!

不知有沒錯誤判斷和該改正的地方~ thx ! ^^
