摩根士丹利新興市場債券基金經理人鮑麥斯特（Eric Bauermeister）說，美元新興債更適合目前波動大的環境，主要是因為美元計價債比當地貨幣債少了一層新興貨幣匯率波動的風險，此外，美元計價新興債的發行量將愈來愈少，但需求仍存在。
