特朗普周三準時在自己的facebook帳號上發布了一份聲明的掃描版，聲明的內容是請求奧巴馬公佈他的大學以及護照等法律檔案的申請資料，這些資料上將同樣有奧巴馬的出生地信息。他聲稱，如果奧巴馬公佈這些檔案，他將向奧巴馬指定的慈善機構捐款500萬美金。
