俄羅斯在當地時間20日深夜開始，將開放冷戰時期遺留的第42號地下核掩體「避難」，民眾只要花1000元美金，就能入內開趴，還能拿到一份口糧和緊急飲水，並能收看世界各地著名掩體的轉播畫面。 △地下核掩體長這樣。(圖／翻攝網路). 不過，這其實只是個噱頭啦！
